Khmer novel "Moha Jor Nov Tul Den" (EN)

Cover of  Moha Jor Nov Tul Den
Moha Jor Nov Tul Den (Thiet At The Border : Khmer មហាចោរនៅទល់ដែន) is a most popular Khmer novel in 1955, written by Mr. Sang Savat (Khmer: សាង សាវាត ) and  it's one of my favorite book among the more than 10 other novels I've ever read.

This story is related to the realm province Sereysorphorn (Sereysorphorn Dist, Banteaymeanchey Pro.in this present), Battambang and Siam.

If anyone has read the novel until the ends, they'll be definitely appreciated for the vastly patriotism of author who wrote the whole story is to exhorted readers to have patriotic sense with their own citizen willing profoundly as well as to reveal aggression and oppression of Siam (Thailand) with the help from Cambodian traitors who joint hand with this Siam rogue nation for their own dividend.

Unfortunately, Sang Savat was killed by government officer 1 year after the first book printed in 1955, in 1956.

The main characters in this story have Meanun, Neang Devi, Vises Klahan, Karma and Preah Kamputh.

Go read this story in the Khmer Wikipedia, which provided from Part 1 (A Broken Teeth Tiger) to the 13th part (Final Fight). Click here
